Trip Inn Hotel Hamm - Koblenz (Rhineland-Palatinate)

The location was almost impossible to locate, especially with the festival chaos. The coffee machine was too complex and woudl ve been useful for a real morning pick-me-up. I expected a welcome gift for all my troubles, but apparently that's not standard here. The service was lackluster, just as others mentioned, and i almost left a good review, but couldn't.

I have had a such great experience, this ideal, fairly clean hotel deserves more than 3 stars. My new-fashioned room had a nice bathroom and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfast was rich and excellent with the burnt bacon, paying attention to little details. The private parking was in front of the property, good service.

Friendly, informal atmosphere, clean rooms and good breakfast choice. Staff were very polite and helpful. Very good for getting to both bus and train stations. About 5 minutes walk to the bank of the Rhine and about 10 minutes walk to the main shops and eating area.

Decor was a little dark in places, making corridors look very gloomy.

The hotel was wonderful and little, I really enjoyed its exceptional staff. The venue was in a great and handy location just next door to close to railway station as well as the Rhine cruise terminals and main bus and train station. Also, the place was at a moderate distance from Joseph Gorres Denkmal Memorial.

The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the train station and local eateries. The room was clean and had all the essentials. A nice complimentary bottle of water. Breakfast was surprisingly good for the price 😊

Although staying at the 5th floor (once set of stairs without elevator), it was a bit noisy. As often happens in Europe, the room gets stuffy if you leave the windows closed, as it's set up for cold temperatures - but it is summer.

Location was good as we could walk into Koblenz.

We had motorbikes and were told we could park in a garage when we arrived we were told there was a nproblem with the car park and we had to leave bikes on the pavement outside, yet we could see cars in the car park so not sure what the problem was. Rooms small and a little dated, but clean and tidy so not a problem.

Great central location near the train station, clean room with a comfy vibe, and they even provided a free bottle of water.

In my wife's opinion, a larger family room setup would be great.

Somewhat unhelpful staff. When asked if he spoke English, the proprietor replied "sometimes". Room a little claustrophobic and in need of redecorating.

A very pleasant family run hotel with an excellent breakfast. 5 minute walk to Koblenz railway station and 20 minutes to city centre. A good stopover for those people travelling on Rhine or Moselle river cruises

Everybody in the hotel was very polite

The hotel is close to the central railway station (the main reason why I chose it). The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Many things in the hotel are old although in a good condition. First time I saw "hard" (not electronic) key for a hotel room in European Union. The bathroom was uncomfortable, besides I had to wait rather long for the water to become hot.
